Managing Director Toni Carter needed to create a cost saving strategy for her client,
Ford Motor Company.
DBR worked with the Hamton team at the Southampton Assembly Plant to develop and implement lean manufacturing principles which resulted in improved productivity, reduction in costs and improvements in quality.
At the same time we worked on team and leadership skills and collaborations with the client. |

DBR has provided additional technical engineering support and project management teams to enable CAL to deliver their services to BAA at Heathrow Airport.
We have also been instrumental in developing and implementing training strategies with CAL to improve the efficiency of airport assets. |

DBR & Associates supported Pat Buckley the Managing Director in the development of the strategic development of the business plan to support new business opportunities. This allowed the ICCM Group to increase the scope of civil engineering activities provided from the automotive sector to include public sector building projects.
Support services have also been provided to develop innovative contract solutions which have resulted in improved services offered in the construction sector, with a significant reduction in costs to the client. |
